ENHANCING EACH PATIENT'S EXPERIENCE OF A WEBSITE
Many hospital and medical practice websites just grow and grow and the result is unsatisfactory for patients. Health Quest came to Ashworth Creative and asked us to evaluate the patient experience on their overgrown website and come up with some possible solutions. We presented four options, they selected one and we were off and running. Ashworth worked closely with Health Quest’s in house marketing and web team to create a clean, easy to use site that talked to patients, not at them, that was easily searchable and has a consistency of approach for each area of service. The process is ongoing but already the site is cleaner, fresher and smooth to use. In order to maintain a consistent tone of voice on the website, Ashworth Creative’s writing team write, research or edit all content for the new site.
