Office Manager

Karen Richardson has an analytical mindset and loves it when things flow efficiently together. She majored in Computer Science at the University of Arizona and has a strong Purchasing/Procurement background combined with her passion for language. She is adept in ASL and interprets within the deaf and deaf/blind community.  Karen’s organized approach and calm demeanor helps to keep a tight grip on the goings on of the office, a monumental task, but she has found a way to do so effectively amidst the creative atmosphere. She is constantly looking for new and better ways to streamline processes and make sure all the staff have the tools they need to accomplish company goals.
