Using a new engagement tool for physician recruitment to a growing regional health network

PERSUASIVE COMMUNICATION WITH AN AUDIENCE OF ONE OR MANY

Western Connecticut Health Network (WCHN) came to Ashworth Creative looking for a brochure to use for employee recruitment, especially physician recruitment. Ashworth Creative proposed that instead of a brochure, they consider something livelier and more engaging, Go Gladys™, a presentation platform invented through Ashworth Creative and marketed independently. Go Gladys redefines the way presentations are created, designed, delivered and experienced. For WCHN, the option of a branded presentation, that sold the story of their network in an exciting way was a game-changer.

MAKING A PRESENTATION A TWO-WAY CONVERSATION

Too often, presentations are limited in their connection to the audience. We call this “talking at your audience not to them” Go Gladys is unique in how it lets you organize content in such a way that you can choose exactly where you want the conversation to go and select a path for the presentation that gives the audience what they want to know. For Western Connecticut Health Network a physician or other employee wants to know about the position and its responsibilities, which hospital or medical practice, and what are the attractions of that area. Our Go Gladys presentation makes it easy to guide them through a targeted journey to keep their interest high.

INTERACTIVE AND RATHER COOL

Go Gladys presentations can be delivered on a tablet, a laptop or projected. For WCHN the structure of the presentation was adaptable and could go deep into a particular position. We incorporated slide shows and in depth discovery depending on the job being presented. Ashworth Creative makes branded presentations on Go Gladys for a wide variety of clients and it has been used for everything from a simple brochure through to an annual report. WCHN continue updating their Go Gladys presentations and are very happy with the program.
