LOGO REIMAGINES THE SCALES OF JUSTICE

When Ashworth Creative was approached initially by Marty Rutberg, a well known personal injury lawyer, he had just partnered with a colleague and they were looking for a dynamic brand identity. Isaac Ashworth, our Creative Director, created a striking visual identity that took the scales of justice and made them modern and memorable. The logo is well known throughout the region and almost every visitor to their offices receives a handsome logo-branded Rutberg & Breslow hat!

TRANSLATING A BRAND IDENTITY INTO OUTDOOR ADVERTISING

Radio listeners in the Hudson Valley have been hearing the persuasive voice of Marty Rutberg telling emotional stories of how Rutberg Breslow has gained fair settlements and justice for accident victims. He asked Ashworth Creative to design a series of billboards that would communicate in the same compassionate tone of voice to an audience on the road and out in the community.

OUT OF HOME (OOH) MUST BE UNDERSTOOD IMMEDIATELY

The trick to creating effective billboards is that they have to be quickly read and absorbed. People frequently overcrowd them with too much content and the net result is that the audience either misses the key point, or fails to notice the company advertised. For Rutberg Breslow we showed individuals who’ve experienced a traumatic accident but have received a just settlement. It is not every day that you see an amputee or a wheelchair bound person on a billboard that leaves you with a positive emotion.
