Successfully launching a new assisted living facility in a busy metro marketplace

A BRANDING REFRESH FOR A NEW MARKET

Promenade Senior Living operates five successful facilities offering assisted living and memory care around the lower Hudson Valley and New Jersey. They approached Ashworth Creative to launch their newest facility in the city of Albany: Promenade at University Place. Over time their branding had become inconsistent so we undertook a redesign to help them stand out clearly and cleanly with an air of quality that fit their new facility. The new logo was used for exterior signage, business stationery and throughout their marketing campaign.

COLLATERAL MATERIAL AND INTEGRATED AD CAMPAIGN

In order to provide a convincing platform for Promenade at University place, we designed and wrote large and small brochures, and an attractive presentation folder. Ashworth created a comprehensive advertising campaign to track and deliver results. The advertising was aimed at two specific audiences: seniors 80+ and their children who have become responsible for the care of their elderly parents.

FINDING TARGET AUDIENCES WHERE THEY LIVE

The media plan and buy, a mix of digital and poster billboards, radio ads, print and digital newspaper ads, social media ad campaign and search engine marketing was closely tracked for lead generation and meeting goals of engaging prospects for facility tours. In addition, we wrote and designed a full array of small and large brochures, presentation folders, exterior signage, A/B tested landing pages, direct mail and email solicitations. The ongoing campaign has succeeded on all levels as our client states below.
