The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) hosts an array of data on each property but for a real estate broker to succeed, they need to present that information in a way that both establishes their credentials and brands them effectively in the customer’s mind. When Paula Redmond Real Estate asked Ashworth Creative to build a new website for their successful Hudson Valley and international clientele, they were inspired to establish a sense of place, to give people an identity for the different towns and areas within the region.

MAKING A DREAM HOME SHAREABLE, MAKING EVERYTHING SEARCHABLE

Today’s real estate is a digital experience and mobile phones and tablets are key to meeting client’s needs. Rather than forcing their clients to jump through hoops, Paula Redmond Real Estate wanted the responsive site to be ultra-flexible and enable people to search how they want: offering large images to show off each property at its best, enabling customers to draw on a map to indicate the areas they are most interested in, making them aware of the newest properties on the market and aspects of the location such as what is within walking distance, and other attractions and other properties for sale nearby. Complete with a mortgage calculator, the customer has all the information they need to prioritize their interest.

Paula Redmond was an early adopter of mobile technology, it is important for customers to be able to search nearby properties with ease. Ashworth Creative worked to make the complex Multiple Listing Service IDX feed work smoothly on PaulaRedmond.com and made searching easy. Too many real estate websites force the customer to work counter-intuitively to get the information and options they want. Ashworth Creative believes that the perfect real estate website should make finding the home or land that fits a client’s needs, lifestyle and budget as easy as can be.
