Our client wanted their website and design to achieve their business goals

TAKE A WELL-ESTABLISHED DESIGN SCHEME AND MAKE IT SING

PACKAGE PAVEMENT™ is a diversified manufacturer of cement and asphalt products for the construction and building repair industry, including: mason supply, lumberyards, hardware stores and commercial contractors. They asked Ashworth Creative to design a brochure that would not only reflect the memorable PACKAGE PAVEMENT house colors and logo, but also to achieve important business-building and customer service goals and speed up the process of meeting clients’ needs and closing sales.

A WEBSITE DESIGNED TO EXCEED THE CUSTOMER’S EXPECTATIONS

Since 1951, Package Pavement has created a higher level of on-time service, a philosophy which continues today, company wide. They asked Ashworth Creative to exceed customer expectations by building a website to enable contact 24/7 with a wide array of customers, including retailers, contractors, utilities, municipalities and public agencies throughout the Northeast. At the same time they wanted a well designed, robust, easy to navigate and informative website.

PROVIDING CUSTOMERS WITH CALCULATING AND SUBMITTAL PACKAGE SERVICES

The overall goal of the new website was to give customers greater access to information about PACKAGE PAVEMENT products and services. Ashworth Creative designed a sophisticated Submittal Portal that automates the process for a client to gather product and safety data tailored specifically to upcoming projects whether large or small. To enable customers to stay on the site when calculating the amount of a product such as fast-setting concrete mix, we built in a highly functional calculator.

A WORKHORSE WEBSITE THAT WORKS JUST AS EFFECTIVELY ON ANY DEVICE

Ashworth Creative also included a highly interactive company history timeline to provide a wealth of information easily and coherently presented. The key to designing a positive responsive website experience lies in the prioritization of information based on the client’s knowledge of their customers’ needs. We believe in organizing content and telling the clients’ stories so that wherever the customer enters the site, through the home page, or a service landing page, the information will be coherent and cohesive and help support the brand.
