Ashworth Creative is a highly disciplined provider of design, content and web services. Although we love showcasing our work, we’re also very comfortable helping a client to achieve their goals which can include acting as a surrogate to meet their urgent needs. When Health Quest merged with Western Connecticut Health Network, a new entity emerged, Nuvance Health. While not the originator of the new name and brand, Ashworth Creative was integral to bringing the brand to life.

The Nuvance Health rebrand required a tremendous amount of change. Hospitals, provider networks, specialty services and more were involved and there was a new look and feel to be translated across all parts of the organization. Ashworth Creative provided key staff to take a project manager role within the Health Quest legacy marketing department. We were pleased to help progress decisions, projects and execute every page of a large and constantly evolving website.

HONORING GUIDELINES TO TRANSLATE A NEW CONCEPT TO PRINT COLLATERAL

Ashworth Creative learned the rules of the Nuvance Health brand by going through the brand training with their in-house marketing department. The brand graphics included specific nuances of curved shapes and drawings which we were able to turn into brochures and flyers so that the standards were met in every piece of work we created for Nuvance Health. Attention to detail is something we are committed to, and that’s why our clients trust us to act on their behalf.

PRODUCING CONTENT THAT MATCHES OUR CLIENT’S TONE OF VOICE

As an agency, Ashworth Creative has broad experience in producing content for a variety of clients, including many in healthcare. We have a keen ear for the voice of an organization, making sure that we sound like they do to their various audiences. Sometimes a medical client wishes to sound clinical in order to speak the language of other providers who might offer referral. At other times, if they are speaking to patients it is important to write with compassion. It’s not “the patient,” it is a human being, often one who is frightened. For Nuvance Health we produce a vast amount of content that matches their tone of voice.
