Conveying the warmth and character of a long established community bank in a highly functional website

USING CLEAN DESIGN AND MODERN FUNCTIONALITY TO BRIDGE GENERATIONS OF CUSTOMERS AT BANK OF MILLBROOK

The Bank of Millbrook asked Ashworth Creative to provide an easy-to-navigate, interactive experience for first-time users and long established customers alike. The bank has long bonded with their community through a storytelling campaign about the lives and businesses of their clients. We designed a state-of-the-art user interface, that matched the campaign but also offered the functionality needed today. An integral part of the project was to meet the requirements of bank staff, installing an online banking system, and enabling in-house updating and modification.

BUILDING A WordPress PLATFORM THAT COULD INTEGRATE JACK HENRY AND goDough ONLINE BANKING TECHNOLOGY

While renovating the overall user experience we designed the Content Management System (CMS) to allow Bank of Millbrook staff to easily update and edit all content) without needing the intercession of a third-party.The site was developed to insure a safe, secure banking experience by integrating Jack Henry’s Core Processor and goDough e-banking app. In addition to continuing the bank’s storytelling tradition, the site used stunning photography of the region around Millbrook, a highly sought-after location in the Hudson River Valley.

FULLY RESPONSIVE WEBSITE WITH EXPANDED ACCESS TO MORE BANKING SERVICES

The new website highlights Bank of Millbrook’s Unique Selling Points including their reassuring end-to-end support for novice loan-seekers as well as high-end solutions for more sophisticated trust and investment clients. The website sets the example of fast and responsive service and presents testimonial-based reputation building through real-world client case studies. It also offers easy digital access to downloadable forms and secure account management.The Bank of Millbrook’s website is going strong and meets both the staff and customer needs with minimal intervention by us.
