The case: Orchard Hills is an apartment complex located in beautiful Kingston, NY. Our goal was to create an identity along with stationary, signage and a website that reflected the quaint atmosphere of the surrounding area. Our plan: The Ashworth team created an upscale, rural feel, which appealed to a wide age demographic. The identity featured, specifically, the hillside and a bird, which spoke to the magnificent countryside of Kingston. These quaint aspects transfered over to the signage, stationary and website that was later developed. The result: The mark creates the feel of rural luxury and the website reflects this identity in every manner. The many correlating marketing pieces created by Ashworth have helped sell their units.
