Our plan: We created a fresh, modern, and humorous campaign that positioned The Gardens as an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it the perfect choice for a second home. The result: We created a very strong digital and print campaign and ran ads all over the best sites on the internet, as well as in local magazines. Interests in the condos increased dramatically, and they’re quickly reaching they’re selling goals.
