The case: Colonial Subaru came to us looking for an ad campaign that would show off their distinct features as a dealership. Our plan: We realized that this dealership was more special than most when it came to the quality of customer service they provided: everyone who walks in is treated like family, customers come back generation after generation, and the owners are the kind of people who’ll lend you their personal car if yours is in repair. So we created a campaign that showed off exactly how Colonial Subaru is different from the regular car dealership by highlighting everything they’re not. (not pushy, not stressful, and not typical!) The result: We took this message and combined it with their web and social media pages, increasing Colonial Subaru’s presence in the community, and helping them to continue their 40+ years of excellent service.
