We have strong sales and marketing processes in place and are looking for a proactive, part-time Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help nurture leads, build pipeline momentum, and support ongoing growth efforts. This is a role for an organized, action-oriented self-starter with sales experience who can research opportunities, engage prospects, and work remotely. We’ll provide training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Nurture leads, build contact lists, and conduct proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Support and improve lead generation, nurturing, and conversion workflows.
• Coordinate content and marketing initiatives with the creative team.
• Track pipeline activity and report on progress.
• Identify opportunities to streamline sales and marketing processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales or marketing support experience (agency background a plus).
• Proactive, independent, and solutions-driven.
• Comfortable researching prospects and following up via email and phone.
• Highly organized and tech-savvy (familiarity with CRM tools a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Role Details:

• Part-Time (Remote or Hybrid if based in Utah or NY)
• Flexible hours, approximately 15–20 per week to start, with room to grow.
• Compensation will be hourly and based on experience.
