Website images are different. The standard resolution is 72 dpi at the handspace it will take up on the

screen. This has to due with your computer screen’s ability to display pixels. If you have a program like Adobe Photoshop you can open the image, go to the image menu and choose image size. The size and dpi of the image will be displayed. It is always easier to downsize an image, so provide your graphic designer with the best quality image you have, no matter what the project. Consult with your graphic designer whenever you are arranging a photo shoot so there is a clear understanding of what will be needed from the photographer.
