I'm not the most talented web designer or consultant in the world, but I am good, and what I may lack in actual skill, I more than make up for in my willingness to work WITH my clients, educate them, give THEM the tools to succeed moving forward. I have been consistently surprised at the gratitude expressed to me by clients for my honesty about what I can do, but especially about what I cannot do.
