		<description>I used to be a DIM kind of person (as in I would Do It Myself, and not to be confused with low wattage) because I usually know what I want and trust my instincts. But I&#039;m learning to let go and know when to put something in the hands of an expert. It frees me up for what I do best. What I sometimes have trouble with is knowing how much input to give that expert since I can have strong likes and dislikes, or an idea of my own of what I want. I have to remind myself that I hired that person because I like what they do.
